We always had to reach out to find the status of the repair. It would be nice to have NGCC call the customer to give them updates: 1) repairs have started; 2) (if needed) repair work is delayed because (reason); and 3) repairs are complete.

They do good work, and are a great example of a local business. They deserve Allstate's authorization as a good body shop for insurance work.

I know that big corporation Allstate is looking at these survey numbers and making decisions of whom to use as their approved service centers. I am satisfied with N.G.C.C.'s work and do not want Allstate to be dissatisfied with them based on the number I choose here. Other specific comments will appear on the further questions. I don't want anything I say used against N.G.C.C., who repaired my vehicle satisfactorily.
