I have had numerous vehicles repaired at NSC and have never been disappointed with their work and customer service. My most recent visit did not disappoint once again but with a new twist. My insurance provider hit me with a low ball settlement and wanted to “total” my vehicle. I spoke to Max about this and he agreed with me and referred me to an “Umpire” to negotiate with the insurance company on my behalf. About 5-days after letting the insurance company know that I was exercising my right to appeal their decision to total my vehicle, I received an e-mail from the insurance company letting me know that they revised their settlement offer and would now pay for the repairs to my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle last week and as always, NSC came through with the top-notch repairs that I have come to expect from them. Their detailing made my vehicle look brand new and with Max’s help I was able to save my vehicle from the scrap heap or, more likely, stop the insurance company from stealing it and selling it for a profit! So as always, I am extremely happy with the quality of NSC’s work and their customer service. Max went way beyond my expectations and helped me accomplish something that I could not have done on my own. I highly recommend NSC to anyone in need of body work, especially after an accident. Should I or a family member find ourselves in need of repairs after an accident, my one and only call will be to North Shore Collision. NSC did a great job. Max was always nice and very thorough. All interactions with office staff were very pleasant. The only complaint is the time it took to complete, but I know it was done right and with care. I would definitely use them again!

Max's team did great work on my Maverick. Having spent some time with it since receiving it back from them, I have yet to find anything that looks out of place. It looks like it rolled off the factory floor!
