The major damage to my vehicle was done to my satisfaction. However, all of the work was not completed and the turn around time was ridiculous. The paint was left scratched and chipped as if my doors were carelessly left on the floor. The damage done to the back of my vehicle was left untouched. My brakes were put on incorrectly and a rim that was too small and damaged was used to replace the rim damaged in the accident so my TPMS is constantly on. I have the papers from the dealership to provide evidence of the mishandling of my car. Max was never up front with me about anything concerning my car. I was given multiple return dates. One after another. My car is in worse shape than before the accident. The only thing I'm satisfied with is the major cosmetic work. The minor cosmetic work was neglected even though they were paid by my insurance provider for the repairs. The the trunk is still dented, the rear bumper is still cracked. There are more scuffs and scratches on the paint than there was before the accident.
