I use to use NSC for all of my accidents. With this being said I am no longer a happy customer.

It took over 3 weeks for the return of my car. When a part was delivered to the wrong place they should have had the dealership overnight the part which did not happen. The staff was unknowledgeable about the details of my car. The detailing of the car is not great. Since the rain the car looks like someone spilled oil on the car.

I recently had the front end of my truck painted. The job on my truck initially looked shabbyi, it looked like clear coat splatter on my windshield, and the paint was rough to the touch. BTW I picked my vehicle up on a Saturday, late afternoon. On Monday, I was hesitant to call NSC, but I did, and the owner asked me to come to the shop. I came to the shop, and with a simple wash my trucked has a shine I haven't seen since it was new. I was impressed by the want to see & solve the problem. Everyone is friendly and professional. Many companies attempt to escape accountability at the mere hint of an issue. NSC is highly recommended from me. They do excellent work and they stand by it.

I ignored the red flags, and that ultimately lead to me having to pay out of pocket for excess/inflated charges that my insurance company refused to pay. Communication including updates on my vehicle was poor until they were notified that my insurance company issued me a check, then I received a phone call updating me and warning me not to cash the check and to bring it directly in to the shop. Lol. I would not recommend, nor world I use them again. But, maybe your experience will be different.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone at North Shore collision. The team here is extraordinary, After being ruthlessly assaulted by a curb and slipping on black ice earlier this Winter my car was severely damaged, These guys and gals at North Shore collision completely Rehabbed and put my car back together as though nothing had ever happened, They went above and beyond the call of duty here for me, Max the owner has always been a delight everytime I have dealt with this organization and Adam their customer service technician is the most professional person and kept me updated every step of the way, I can not say enough about this company and the people that work here , They are kind courteous and ultimately talented in their trade, This is truly a family business who cares about the customer and the work that they do, I love them and would recommend anyone who needs this kind of work done, I have dealt with them over the years and their service is a A1, Is it possible to give a company 10 stars?
