I Found North Collision company very unhelpful. I had a minor damage to my car. I asked them how long it will take to repair the damage. The front desk attendant refused to give nay commitment. Eventually Max said repair should take 3 to 4 days. Based on that I dropped off the car. It was 2 weeks when they returned my car. I had a question about the comments on the cooling system. One of the technicians in his mid-30s to early 40s went on a rant about he owned 7 VW. I cam to conclusion he was bluffing. That made me wonder how reliable is my repair work. Bottom line is Not very reliable.

Not customer friendly. Never willing to help. when I brought my car I asked if i can get a ride to my work that is 4 miles away. They told me NO. Never a straight answer. Not Very reliable
