In the event that my steering wheel damage actually gets taken care of without an attorney, I would change this to a 10 because the repairs to the body were top notch. Outside of the truck looks like new.

The body work was fantastic, great job repairing my back door and bedside. However, the damage to the leather on my steering wheel that still hasn't been addressed has me furious.

I will never shop with north star again after this experience. I will never buy a Chevy again either for that matter. The reason I even bought a Chevy was because they were American made which I was told meant the parts would be easier to get if you needed them for repairs. Clearly that was not factual.

The lack of communication during the 2 month process (that was quoted at being 3 weeks TOPS) was abysmal. At no point did anyone reach out and explain the delays. I called multiple times and only then would I be told what was going on. I drove the car off the lot and within a half hour the light comes on for an issue with the tire sensor and the following day I need to call AAA because the car won't start. I've never spoken to the same person twice and I've been hung up on multiple times when transferred to the body shop.

My car is making a noise that it wasn’t making when I dropped it off and they did to much work in my front in an I don’t think they did my alignment and when I first dropped my car off I mentioned that since the dude hit my whenever I drive my car is shaking on the front end like real bad and now it’s shaking even worse

They neglected to check my bumper after they put it on and didn’t realize that they missed two clips underneath my headlight so my boyfriend had to readjust my bumper so it was hooked onto all of the clips. That was the only issue I had. Everything else was fine.

No problem with the repair shop, but when I paid for the work, I couldn't get points on my rewards. Apparently, no one has ever done it before and there was confusion on how to get the points added. I told them I was going to start going to Cochran to get my work done.

Greg was great. Repair looks perfect. Didn’t take long. Very happy
