My car had to be taken back multiple times because not everything was fixed the first time. It was frustrating that myself and the insurance agent could see what was wrong with the car but the body shop didn't.

Didn’t hook my battery back up correctly, so my truck died on the way home. Overall repairs were fine, but in some areas it was done quickly, not correctly, scratches left on the side of pickup weren’t repaired. Inside of vehicle was left a complete mess. Outside was fine, but considering they had my vehicle for a month I expected more.
