I was completely with my car repair. The paint match was exact. They dealt with the insurance and negotiated the repair cost even though the insurance did not want to cover all the initial cost and I only had to pay my deductible. I would highly recommend this repair shop. Their service is A++

As much as I hate it when there has been a need for collision damage repair to my car, the service with Frank's Auto and Northeast Collision is Excellent. Everyone is great! Leah and Andrew are always friendly, considerate and professional. My cars have gotten excellent care. The wash and wax at the end is a special treat that adds a great touch to the finishing of the repairs and is most appreciated. Great Job folks!! Stan
