Overall, my vehicle's repair job was what anyone would consider a nightmare case. My insurance company's processes, the adjuster's responsive and communication, and refusal in approving the additional repair costs, was an inappropriately frustrating experience for both myself (as the car owner) and also for Frank and team. They handled the challenges with grace and professionalism, even though im sure the entire process was a huge headache for them.
