The work done was perfect and Matt did everything to optimize the cost of my repair.

Efficient, high quality work. It was 5 business days from the initial estimate to the ordering of parts and the completion of work. The only aspect that prevents them from getting a 10/10 was that it was not directly communicated until after work was started that the cost was ~500 US$ greater than the estimate. I understand that these things happen.

The web link was not updated on a regular basis to reflect progress and I only learned status by calling the office.
