I Worked mainly with Matt and Danielle. On my daughters 2022 new Jeep Wrangler, that unfortunately got hit in the front and the airbags deployed. The guys were on top of it right away and worked with my Geico representative seamlessly to work out a proper price, and to get some additional supplements that we needed as the truck was being taken apart. At that a time I was worried that he would not be able to get all the parts in a timely matter, he was able to locate all the parts and get this car completely repaired and painted in excellent operating condition in a month and a half. Daniel always kept me informed and anytime my daughter or I ever walked in the shop. I was greeted by Matt or Craig and they walked me by the car and showed me the progress and showed me how much more they had to do. I thought the experience was really really good With good attention to customer service and good attention to detail and the car was delivered in brand new condition. I work with a lot of contractors in my profession I know who is good and I know who is not- Northfield collision is one of the good guys in business for many many years and the manager, Matt and his staff can be commended and trusted.

Customer service is really good. Donna and Matt about gregg we’re always available to answer questions. Donna would call me weekly with updates. I never felt like I wasn’t in the loop and anytime I visited the place everybody took the time to show me the cars progress and what I should expect. It should also be noted that the price that that was given by my Geico representative, was fairly honored by Northfield collision and I was warned that they’re probably some supplements, but I was told not to worry that Geico will pick them up and there should be no other out-of-pocket cost other than my deductible. They worked well with the Geico rep, and that wasn’t the case as I only paid my deductible when I picked up the car and walked out, so I was very satisfied with the whole transaction from insurance to repair.
