Both ladies handling customers at your front desk are awesome! They are very friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable at their jobs. The mechanics/repair people who worked on my car did a terrific job. My bumper looks brand new! You guys even washed my car (inside too)! That was really going above and beyond! Thank you for working so hard so I could have my car by the weekend!

The two ladies in the front desk are very courteous and helpful. After we brought the car to the Northridge Collision Center they were very kind to drive us home. We always prefer NCC because of the quality of their work after the repair. Our 15 year old Toyota Avalon car sparkled like new. Thanks, NCC!
