You told me I needed to get my car out of the shop while I was out of the country, and that it couldn't wait for 4 more days until I was back - so I did, and as I got back and returned my rental car, my insurance said I was responsible in paying for all days after my car was picked up from you guys, even though I wasn't in the US. You made money come out of pocket from me after I got hit in the accident, because you didn't want to hold on the car for 4 more days. you ALSO said because the service ran over schedule, you would cover a minor paint scrape and light dent around my back left wheel as a token of apology - but you never did it. All talk, money lost, awful experience.

I would recommend this shop, but would advise a friend/family member to go over the work performed with great detail and to pay attention to the work order

You guys did a great job, as usual. NCC has been taking care of our cars forever. This 2004 BMW was first there at one week old. No license plate yet. My wife was stopped at the bottom of the Roscoe off-ramp, waiting to turn left. A girl taking her boyfriend to work at the Great American Carwash came down the off-ramp and hit her from behind. Both cars went straight to NCC. The owner of the car wash went over to meet them. He got the estimate and paid for the repair. When I brought the car in last Friday, I let you know we were giving it to our youngest Grandson for his birthday. The repair is perfect! And thank you for going the extra mile and taking care of the front left headlight. The car looks brand new! Once again, thanks for the great job. Our grandson is going to love it!
