Definitely a 10 and beyond, I was more then satisfied I was delighted in their superior work as before when I had work done last year. I highly recommend Premium Collsion in Van Nuys. Everyone is caring and give total attention to the customer and that they did to me giving me updates as my car was going through the process. Everyone is so nice and helpful right down to their Receptionist. All of them and the ones that do the work are outstanding. This is the place to get total satisfaction guaranteed.

I'm a totally satisfied customer their work is superb beyond words.Everyone there is the best the work the prices are very reasonable and of the highest of quality and very caring. This is the best place in the Valley to take a car for repair definitely take your car this place is highly recommended.
