When I got hit I was upset but when I got to Northridge Collision Center they made everything so easy by making sure my rental car guy was there to pick me up and to be there to drop me off and kept me updated front office girls were real professional and great if I get in another accident I sure will go there

Initially, I thought everything was fine until bumper. Skin popped open. Thought it would be an easy fix went to the shop and they made me feel as if it was my fault for getting an aftermarket bumper. They said they would have to reach out to my insurance again and made me lose all confidence in your shop.
