My experience was outstanding! Kayla was fantastic to work with and explained everything clearly and guided me through the process. I was kept up to date daily with notifications which was nice to see and then was not a guessing game on the status of my vehicle. The whole process was seamless and as pain free as it gets. My Explorer looks brand new and I couldn't be more satisfied. I can't thank the Northstar Collision team enough for getting me back on the road.
