I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Abra in St. Cloud! My GMC Yukon XL recently sustained some damage, and the team here made the entire repair process completely stress-free. From the very beginning, I was blown away by how quickly I was able to drop off my vehicle. The whole operation is incredibly streamlined. They even went above and beyond by helping me set up a rental vehicle right away so I didn’t have to miss a beat in my daily routine while my SUV was in the shop. The staff is top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and communicative. As for the repairs, the end result is simply beautiful. They restored my Yukon XL to pristine condition, and they got it all done within a very reasonable timeframe. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I would highly recommend Abra in St. Cloud to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you to the whole team for making this such an easy experience!

I have been very impressed with the quality of the repair - and on two separate occasions this year (unfortunately) Abra Repair was able to restore the automobile to its original new body condition. This has value-add despite the vehicle's mileage as that vehicle body model year (Elantra 2016) has been altered and no longer carries the same stowage and transport capability. I was very grateful to be able to have that particular model year restored for the value-add of its storage and transport capability - along with excellent gas mileage.

I've brought my vehicle in twice this year for collision repair (unfortunately) and Abra has been able to restore the automotive body to like-new condition. Excellent, excellent auto-body renewal that would be impossible to perform by doing it oneself!

Abra customer service processed the insurance claim and had a rental service ready for auto rental. I did not really have to do a thing besides bring the automobile into the shop. I thought the customer service was extraordinarily courteous and even received a thank-you note from the customer service lliason for my patronage.
