I already have. This is a wonderful shop to take your vehicle in, if you have the bad luck of getting in an accident. They took great care of me and my vehicle. North Star Collision addressed my concerns promptly and provided me with status updates on my vehicle’s timeline for completion along the way. They also did all of the legwork with my insurance company making the whole experience effortless on my part.

North Star informed me that my insurance company had requested after market parts to fix my vehicle. Northstar asked if my insurance company got approval from me to do so or if I wanted Ford parts. I told them I wanted original parts and they talked to my insurance company to correct the issue.
