Very happy with the whole experience. They helped me with insurance questions, walked me through everything step by step and even sent me photos as the work progressed. They were even able to get me a loaner, which was a godsend. Super happy with the work-- you would never know anything happened.

The updates I was getting via AutoWatch Alert was not being updated regularly, which led me to call the shop and get an accurate assessment of where my car was in the repair process. On one of the days I called, George mentioned that he’s been handling a lot of phone calls that day. I think if a higher importance was placed on keeping the AutoWatch Alert up to date, it may decrease the amount of phone calls that come into your shop.
