My vehicle looks great and the work was done well; I just had issues with communications through the office. Each time I spoke to someone different, and wasn’t fully informed about a deposit or scheduling to bring my vehicle in. For example, I had to make a trip into town (an hour of my time & gas) specifically to pay a deposit before they’d order parts (which I was not informed at the time of estimate about,) but when I got there, the lady said I could’ve paid on the phone. Even though the man on the phone said I needed to come in to pay. She was apparently supposed to tell me then when to bring in my vehicle, but that was not communicated. So the day of, they called me asking where it was. When I was able to arrange last minute transportation to get it there; the owner tried to tell me he had communicated with me about the date (but I had literally never met him prior to that.) There seems to be frequent miscommunication between the 4 different people in the office that I spoke with, since it happened with every interaction. I’d recommend the location for good work & pricing; just don’t expect clean and clear communication.

I described the miscommunications in my last description for why I lowered the overall recommendation score. I truly felt gaslit in 2 of the 3 interactions I had after the estimate was completed; with 4 different people. For example, the owner was saying he had communicated the scheduled date to me; yet I had never met him and had no idea he was the owner at that time. He then got a little rude with me, as I was trying to explain my side of the situation, saying “are you going to leave your vehicle here or not?!”

The interior front area of the car was not adequately cleaned and personal items were left scattered on the floor and seats. Otherwise I would have rated it a 10
