I had a great experience from the moment I called to see about bringin in the vehicle for an estimate. The gentleman explained how the process worked, how they were a preferred providor for my insurance company. When I brought the vehicle in for the estimate they fixed my mirror to make it safer for me as I still had to travel over the pass. The staff was amazing!

I didn't receive any calls to let me know my car wouldn't be ready by Friday. Nor Tuesday, which was the changed due date. I had to call each time. It would have been nice to hear from you. But, when I called, the info. was good and courteous.!!!
