When I was given the estimate on the tail light, I asked about the color to make sure it would match my paint. I was told it would. My car is silver, the body around the new tail light is black. I was not informed of this discrepancy. When I discovered this discrepancy, I went back into the office where I was told it would cost me an additional $154 dollars to have it painted! I feel I was deceived or “bait and switch” was used on me!

Work was good. Took 3 weeks for them to schedule my vehicle in and then another 10 days to get my vehicle back. Just a very lengthy process.

I was notified throughout the process of what was going on with my truck. I appreciated the updates. When I went back to pick it up, it was better than I imagined. The grill that was replaced was much nicer than I thought it would be. Good job! Thank you for making my truck look might fine.
