Took a little longer than expected, car looked great, however there was some gooey stuff left around the sunroof between the interior cover and the glass so I am not sure what that stuff was, cleaned it off easily though. We are unsure what's going on with the sunroof, we can hear some wind but have not noticed a leak. Over all we would go back. Paint job and door looked great, everyone was super nice and helpful, and they answered all our questions.

I can say everyone I dealt with there was friendly. However, I was told I’d get an update on a certain day and that call never happened. I had to reach out to get answers. Also my truck sat for 2 weeks prior to anyone even touching it. That’s unacceptable

A slippery slope question for me as there are multiple factors that influence my response here. I would definitely recommend NW Body with some qualifications (which I will address in my letter supplementing my responses here). Something I would add here, I ended up at NW Auto Body due to a recommendation from a friend I respect a lot and he had very good things to say about your business.
