The technician delivered a satisfying job with the repair, on the day that he promised it would be done. On the completion dat the car was wash, tires clean an shiny, and the repair was flawless. Thanks for a job Weldon, your shop is my number one shop to recommend in norwalk for repairs.

I have never and I mean never had my car repaired in such a timely manner and cleaned no smell of paint fumes in the car as well. Ken kept me up to date with the repais and I loved that about Ken. I will recommend his shop to everyone I come in contact with. In my book he gets an A+++++++++

Ken explained what needed to be done to fix the damage. He let me know when they were near completion. He called the day before I could pick up the car. The car was washed to my satisfaction. He informed me that I could have dropped off my rental at Auto Craft or Enterprise which ever was more convenient for me. I would recommend Auto Craft.

I can’t stress enough how impressed I am by the service, professionalism and kindness at Norwalk Auto Craft. Ken went above and beyond to help me. I have small special needs children - who were not used to being in a rental- so I needed my car back quickly . Ken made it a priority to take care of my car quickly and efficiently. Further- the car was a mess and to my surprised the interior was entirely cleaned! I would and will go to him now with any car issue I have moving forward. I cannot recommend him anymore- truly stellar and as I said - did so much more than he needed to so that this process ran smoothly. It’s great when you find a vendor who is superb- and this is the case.
