Non existent except for texts. Got a text that said car would be ready in 10 days, the next day 10 mins before closing got a text that said car was ready come get it today. Only communication I had after ai dropped off car. No explanation of the work that was needed/done and no instructions about not washing due to recent paint until we followed up

The customer service experience was 10/10. Thank you. I gave an 8/10 because the seam of my bumper repair doesn't look at flush as it could be. I don't have any pictures from before the accident to compare it to. I just feel like the seam flairs out too much.

You all did an amazing job on the repair! You cannot even tell that the car has been an accident, and I appreciate the cleaning and vacuuming of the car. All the text updates and were helpful and customer service was good as well. My only area of concern was that there appeared to be several oily fingerprints on the driver’s side rear roof (near the window), and some areas of oil and dust along some of the door moldings. We were able to get them out with Dawn Powerwash. I will give you all 5 stars on Google, but just wanted to bring that to your attention so the guys are a bit more careful in case there’s a customer who is not so forgiving.
