After the repair, over a week of ride experience was Hatch back car trunk was making noise most of the time. I feel trunk door was not sitting properly after the repair !!

I really expected a better job even though my car is a 2006, which apparently is old in their eyes, but if I'm paying for a job it should be well done.

There were some very obvious areas that needed painting that were ignored. When I asked about it I was told it would have cost more. However, I should have been notified and given an option because these were just the 2 side mirrors. They were obviously fading but the other areas are painted and those left out. The only thing is that they kept me up to date on timing at all time and were quite pleasant. I was overall disappointed.
