My car looks great! The technician explained things to me before I left the shop, so I knew what to expect. Tanya was especially helpful and worked with Geico to make sure I was able to get a rental car (they told me online that I was not able to - but she sorted it out for me!). Everyone was very nice, courteous, and professional.
