Id say they are ok. I was a little annoyed that over a week went by and nobody even contacted me to give me a timeline for the return of my vehicle. I didn't want to be pushy but after Id waited well over a week I finally called. I was told it would be several weeks before the spoiler for my vehicle would be in from Honda. Then I was contacted the very next day and told my car was ready. Nice surprise, but very short notice. I went to go pick up my car on my own since normally the auto shops deal with the rental car return. I was told they do not help and also that enterprise does not offer that service. I had to leave the rental and head to work. I later found out that Enterprise does come pick up the rental, so I had to drive all the way back from Tampa, missing more work to go bring the keys to Enterprise. Also, I still have busted glass in the back of my vehicle. You would think after being paid so much they could atleast vacuum out all of the glass. Overall, the experience was ok and Im glad to have my car back, but I wont be recommending NUfinish to friends and family.

Even though my fix was mostly deep scratches to my right back quarter, the Nu Finish complete the job and I asked if they had bought me a new Ford F150 (joking of course), but the repair was excellent work! Thanks Guys!

I have used Nufinish in the past and will continue to return. First of all the pleasantness of everyone “especially” Allie is top notch. She is just amazing, kind and considerate and always helpfull. You can call and ask about anything and she never seems bothered or annoyed, which Im sure can be tough dealing with the public. Mike the body shop manager is always friendly and pleasant as well.
