Nu finish did a phenomenal job on my truck. Kept me updated when parts didn't come in on time, also notified the insurance when they found something that was missed in the initial report for repair. Would use them again if I ever need body work again.

Very nice people, but two issues: the work took much longer to complete and continued to get extended, which cost me to keep rental cars for longer than desired. Second is the hood corners near the windshield. Do not match up quite well with the rest of the body, I think it’s repairable or fixable…

Picked up my car a week and a half ago and had to bring it to the dealership for further repairs.

I only picked my car up a couple of hours ago, but visually it looks perfectly repaired, and I haven’t experienced any mechanical problems. What I’m most happy about is the follow up and follow through of my contract, Allie, who went out of her way to make me feel my repair job was her company’s most important priority.

The job was well done, impecable! I’m sorry that it took a bit too long. A shame that nobody recognized that the bumper wasn’t the standard Honda CR-V bumper, but an upgraded one, and the wrong bumper was ordered. The right bumper took three extra days to arrive.
