They did exactly what they said they would do and they finished within a week! There is some sticky stuff left on the window and it won’t come off with winded. It feels gritty. I’m sure if I take it back to them they will get it off. I’ve only had my car back for a few days.

I believe if I have an appt to drop my car off on a certain day , the work should start soon after that day. No one’s car should sit for days. I realize my car is not the only one being worked on but 11 days to paint a bumper and replace a small part is not acceptable. I am fortunate I did not need to rent a car for 11 days! I can’t imagine the rental bill that would not have been covered.
