The entire process was seamless and very well coordinated. Tom Bicknell contacted me throughout the 2 weeks they had my vehicle with updates. The shop finished on time and took care of returning my rental. My truck looks brand new again. I will have no problem recommending Boch Collision Center to anyone.

If it is just for the collision yes, but if it ties in anything else I don't think so.

I brought my car in 1/8/2019 to have a starter put in and then have my bumper fixed by collision. someone was not able to come out and do my starter on 1/8/19. I was given a number to call and have them come out the next day to do the starter, however I got a lot of mixed messages. When I called to have the starter done I was advised that they do not speak with customers. Then I reached out to Boch again to have then call. My car was done on 1/10/19, however there was still a mix up about the starter. I was told my starter would be done 1/14/19 in the morning. When I called around 12pm to see if I can get my car, they said the people would not be coming until 2pm to do the starter. I got to the shop at 3:45 and my car was still not done. I don't feel like the service I got warranted the money I spent. Not sure why there was so much confusion.

it's the only business I've dealt with that quizzes you on who's handling your repair rather than just asking your name and knowing what to do. Felt like we wouldn't get service if we didn't know the guy's name, and all we did was talk to him for one minute and get a card at the beginning.
