I never received any updates. I had to call every couple of weeks to get an update. I was told it would take about three weeks and took almost 2 months with no updates and me having to call and chase down the updates.

My truck doesn’t open when I press the latch from the outside I have to press the truck button from the inside of my car the tru k was opening before the car got fixed and while it was damaged and the piece that hold my spare tire In place is missing and when I over bumps. The spare tire jumps up and makes a lot of noise when I’m driving I haven’t had a flat in this care so that piece should be attached to my spare tire because I never touched it
