Most importantly, my project manager—the guy who helped me—Josh. The dude was a powerhouse: utmost friendly and professional, answered the phone whenever I called, and was so on time that it was almost laughable. With a broken heart, I dropped off my brand-new truck that had just been in a car accident. Luckily, the insurance of the person who hit me was covering everything.
