My car was broken into (for the 2nd time in 6 months!) & they were so helpful, kind, professional & efficient! They explained everything, kept me apprised of all they were doing & worked so well with my insurance- Amica- & Enterprise for my car rental! I told them the limits I had with the rental part of my insurance & did not want to have to pay out of pocket for extra days! They said they would do everything they could to get it done within that time! And they did!!! I was so grateful! I especially want to thank Mariana for always being so pleasant & reassuring & Oren for his help, experience, knowledge & kindness too! I appreciated their calmness when I was so upset! I would highly recommend Hamden Auto Body to everyone! Thanks again!!!"
