"From the beginning Scott helped me understand completely on how, what and where he was going to fix my car. He was thorough and eased much of my anxiety. If it wasn’t for him- I would’ve been toast. The entire staff was friendly, patient and helpful in so many ways I cannot even begin. They helped me with every single question I had, gave advice on rentals and even guided me with the insurance aspects. I will 10/10 recommend and go there again if the unfortunate comes up."

"I had a great experience with Carbone Collision Center. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I was able to get an estimate and schedule my drop-off quickly, and the repair was completed in less than a week (albeit the damage was relatively minor). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and seemed to be in good spirits. The repair looks great, and my car was returned clean inside and out. I went through Allstate for insurance, and Carbone handled most of the coordination, making the claims process very seamless and hassle-free."
