They were incredible. My Sequoia was repaired and back to me in less than a week, Jon kept me updated the entire time, they dealt with the insurance company, handled the return of my rental car, and basically removed every annoying logistical thing from my plate at a moment when my plate was already on fire. And then I picked up my car and it was fully detailed inside AND out. Like, cleaner than it was before I hit the deer. They also sent me home with a rain umbrella, a cup, and a flashlight, which made the whole experience feel less like “sorry about your deer-related vehicular trauma” and more like I had won a very specific game show.
