I hit a deer literally DAYS before I was supposed to drive my son’s entire life to college, because apparently that week did not have enough plot twists. Enter Northside Autobody. They were incredible. My Sequoia was repaired and back to me in less than a week, Jon kept me updated the entire time, they dealt with the insurance company, handled the return of my rental car, and basically removed every annoying logistical thing from my plate at a moment when my plate was already on fire. And then I picked up my car and it was fully detailed inside AND out. Like, cleaner than it was before I hit the deer. They also sent me home with a rain umbrella, a cup, and a flashlight, which made the whole experience feel less like “sorry about your deer-related vehicular trauma” and more like I had won a very specific game show. Fast, communicative, kind, professional, and the work was excellent. I genuinely could not believe how easy they made the entire process. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend Northside Autobody. Would NOT recommend the deer.

Their work and attention to customer service is terrific. A 10-plus!

The repairs were undetectable, even though the damage was extensive, involving almost the entire passenger side of the car. When I picked it up it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! Jon explained the repair process thoroughly and let me advised on how it was progressing. My car was delivered on time and, as noted, was immaculate. I could not have had a more positive customer experience and outcome.

As noted above, my customer representative explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. II felt as though I was their only client! A refreshing change from the typical customer service experience.
