I hit a deer literally DAYS before I was supposed to drive my son’s entire life to college, because apparently that week did not have enough plot twists. Enter Northside Autobody. They were incredible. My Sequoia was repaired and back to me in less than a week, Jon kept me updated the entire time, they dealt with the insurance company, handled the return of my rental car, and basically removed every annoying logistical thing from my plate at a moment when my plate was already on fire. And then I picked up my car and it was fully detailed inside AND out. Like, cleaner than it was before I hit the deer. They also sent me home with a rain umbrella, a cup, and a flashlight, which made the whole experience feel less like “sorry about your deer-related vehicular trauma” and more like I had won a very specific game show. Fast, communicative, kind, professional, and the work was excellent. I genuinely could not believe how easy they made the entire process. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend Northside Autobody. Would NOT recommend the deer.

I have dealt with Northside Auto three times now, and every time has been an excellent experience. Brandon has been amazing, as has everybody else in the office. The work is top-notch. I have dealt with many auto bodies over the years, and Northside is probably been one of the best I've ever dealt with. Very happy customer
