Front staff is amazing! Disappointed that when I went to pick up my care when I was told it was ready I found something that was missed and needed to stay another day. Then my car was left unlocked in the front parking lot overnight. I noticed in the morning on my app and locked it at 7am via the app.

Rachel 1 and 2 were a fantastic team. When a person comes to a collision shop, they are operating in the wake of… a collision. It seems obvious but, the kindness and patience of the team truly made such a difference. Also, the clarity of the explanations about what was happening and the timely updates were really excellent and eased anxiety. Many thanks. The work itself looks top notch. And since the Rachel’s earned my trust, I felt I could also trust that the work on the inside of the doors - parts of the car I can’t see or understand mechanically - were fixed properly as well. I was concerned at first because my car is a leased car and I usually use the dealer’s mechanics - and the arrangement to use Caliber came from my insurance Plymouth Rock, because of the work guarantee, but now I can see that Caliber is excellent. I’ll use them again.

They had to replace one of the headlights. I wish I knew ahead of time and was offered the chance to pay out-of-pocket to replace the other because they don’t match now, one is new and clean and the other one is old and yellow.

The team in Kingston was very responsive. They kept me informed at every step of the way and delivered this car a full week earlier than promised. The car was very clean when I got there and the manager explained everything to me in detail. Thank you for a very good experience.

With my best attempt of humor, I’m a repeat customer and will always come back to you for these types of needs. The Kingston location gives excellent service. I could’ve had this done in the city where I also have a residence, but I chose Kingston instead.

Everyone was very professional and helpful answering all my questions. I received many text on the progress of my car whole being repaired. I was able to get my car today quickly and all needed paperwork was signed to send to my Insurance company. My car looks great and I'm very pleased.
