Power side step stopped working 1 day after getting vehicle back , inter cooler line was pinched creating weird noise on start up and parts took a month to come in .

Twice I was told my headlights (part of the repair) weee fixed and twice they weren’t. I don’t believe they were actually even checked to be in working order though I was told that they worked both times , and both times they didn’t. I was told they must be functioning intermittently but I suspect this is an outright lie. Both times the vehicle was returned to me the headlights in question fully and completely did not work and have not functioned intemittently whatsoever. I was also told about a charge for a service ($150 to open and close the vehicle) *after* the service was completed. I was not informed there would be a charge for that service prior to it being done. I was told it was a courtesy. Had I been given full transparency I would have made a choice to not have that particular service performed (meaning I wouldn’t have elected to take the car back prematurely). My opinion of the collision / body shop’s service overall is that the communication between laborers and customer service rep must be extremely poor and if that’s not the case then this place is downright shady and deceitful. I need to drive a very long distance in the dark and safety in deer-laden areas is a serious concern. I only selected Tom Romeo Ford for service because it was a provider listed with my insurance carrier Geico. I would never opt to use the body shop for repairs again.
