I never received status updates. Repair took longer than quoted. I had to call several times to find out when it would ready.

The quality of work was great, would have liked to get truck a little sooner but considering the current labor and supply issues, they did great. Oak Hill even replace a defective door lock module at a very reasonable cost. We will continue to use them in the future.

Oak Hill Paint and Body was a great car body shop to work with. My family has gone to them for all our vehicle body shop repairs. They worked easily with my schedule and completed the repairs on time as promised. The repairs look awesome and they washed and put some kind of clear coat on my car. My car looks so beautiful. I've gotten many compliments.

If they have full staff, maybe, with what they have number of staff, no cuz it almost 2 months to get it back..

Took so long time to get it back and I understand there’s short staff but it force me to spend much more on rental car once insurance stopped cover the cost.. it’s hurts my budget.. the paint color appear slightly different as I can tell the difference
