Everyone at the shop was great. From the first pleasant greeting when I got there, through the check in process, to turning over the vehicle when my appointment date arrived, to the final pick up and vehicle return process with the shop owner, service was as nice and thorough as could be!

Took a lot longer than expected. But that was no fall to the body shop. Every time they got close to being done something else broke. I guess common for a truck with 270,000 miles on it. But very happy with the outcome.

Only drawback was that I had to call to find out if the job was still on schedule for Friday. Which is wasn't. Ended up being Tuesday. Wasn't a big deal about the delay. But should be kept informed
