I wish I had received earlier or more communication regarding the timeline of completion. The website I received with the timeline showed a Tuesday afternoon completion time. I did not receive a call that it would not be finished until about an hour before the estimated completion time online. Then the completion time was updated to the following Friday. Again, I did not receive a call that it would not be done on time until about an hour before the quoted completion time. More communication would have been helpful.

I would first like to say that I chose Oakes Collision because of the great reviews that had been given. I'm so glad I did. The entire process was seamless and done in a very professional manner. I was kept informed every step of the way, and I am completely satisfied with how my vehicle was returned to me, and in better condition than when they took it in.
