Charity Delaney - I had just purchased my car two weeks to the day when a tree branch smashed right through the windshield destroying the internal electronics and denting the roof. 😭 Eric and Sheila are amazing and helped me through the whole ordeal even when it wasn't ready for pick up on the expected date due to delays with parts from Mazda. I am very satisfied with the condition of my 4Runner. Eric and the Carstar team did an amazing job repairing the damage from my accident. The only thing I noticed—which is very minor considering the extent of the damage and the quality of the repair—is that the plastic plugs in both rear wheel wells are a little loose. I’d like to bring the vehicle back to have those plugs replaced or secured so they fit snugly and keep the wheel well properly sealed. I’ll continue monitoring the vehicle, but overall, the repair exceeded my expectations. Exceptional work.
