The estimator was way off the actual cost of the repairs, and the vehicle wasn't even cleaned before pickup. Neil, the manager, corrected the estimator's errors so I'm not giving them a 1, but it was too little too late.

The estimator initially suggested the cost would be one figure. When I got the actual estimate, it was nearly double the number he initially suggested. Then, the actual cost came out at about 15% over the estimate. The general manager later corrected the estimator's error so I'm giving them a 5.
