I appreciate them finding everything that was broken on my car before giving it back to me!! Especially the last minute discovery of the steering column being broke, displays a commitment and care that are rare to find today!! I have a lot of confidence in Oakes Buick GMC because of this!!

Would not recommend the body shop. Especially when they broke off a piece of my trim while "washing" my car and didn't tell me till I arrived to pick it up!
