The entire team, every person in the office, went above and beyond. Gold star customer service. Always friendly and patient. They immediately liasoned with Enterprise to get my rental car delivered quickly. The people I worked with in person were great overall. It felt like it took longer than it should but I realize that parts take time these days, especially for German cars like Mercedes. I will say that I think that the per-case/repair managers could maybe receive some training about “ouside of the box” critical thinking. There was an issue with my locking wheel lugs, which I never received a key for when I bought the car used, and the solution I provided was both the simplest and the cheapest but wouldn’t have happened had I not suggested it.

Excellent repair. Kind of slow for the repair but the outcome was good. My rental cost was twice the cost of my deductable so speed is important. I think the parts should be ordered at the time of estimate or started at that time. In my case it was a bumper, a grill and a headlight.

I cannot say enough good things about how these guys did on my car!!! The repairs were done promptly and well, the car was utterly spotless and shining when I picked it up, and they communicated with me thoroughly throughout the whole process as well as working with my insurance to make the billing process completely seamless.
