The repairs were over the top, and would recommend them to everyone. They went one step further in cleaning vehicle inside and out which also cleaning the windows. Great Job!

Before I had them fix my rear differential, there was no rattle in my rear tire area. When I got it back from them after they fixed my rear differential, there was a rattle. I tried taking it back for them to look at it and they checked something completely different than what I asked. It seems the schedulers either aren’t relaying my messages correctly to my service advisor or the mechanics are trying to cut corners and making me spend more money than I need to, because I’ll eventually have to get the same thing I asked them to look at, looked at again and of course they’ll want to charge me $200. When I ask to speak directly to my service advisor, no one seems able to get me in touch with him. I was completely unsatisfied with my previous service from Oakes GMC. I was in a rush to get ready for my graduation that I didn’t have the time to make them go back and do the correct things I had asked for and now that I do have time, I don’t want to take my car back because I don’t want to spend $200 for them to half-do a job again.

The work was done immaculate, my car was return the same way I dropped it off minus the repair but super duper clean like it never let my sight. The employees kept on contact with me and was very professional and laid back. If something happen to where I need body work I will return.
