I have no complaints at all. I was impressed with the continued notifications of work as it progressed. I could not believe that they cleaned my car inside and out which with winter weather wasn't clean when I turned it in. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend OBS.

OBS collision was truthful and professional when doing business. On the other hand, Liberty Mutual agent Mrs. Deem was not very knowledgeable and understanding about the accident that Liberty Mutual client cause and seems disreguard people that are not affiliated with Liberty Mutual. I will also be posting this comment on social media and others places to make sure consumers are aware of the misleading direction Liberty Mutual reps offer.
