I had requested that my car be detailed and billed separately from the body work that needed to be completed. I stated this when I dropped the car off & via email to check the status of my car. This didn't happen. Plus I think the wheels are out of alignment.

The hood was replaced and is very fragile and thin compared to the original one, and when the hood is popped and opened, the plastic cover inside was not reinstalled properly which caused slight damage when opening. Also, the “Signature Limited” lettering on the rear of the car is missing, not sure what they did with it. The body looks good, though, and they completely repaired all of the hail damage and more, so I’m overall satisfied, but the other negatives does kind of sour the positives.
