With the combined years of experience of the owner / operator, Ted Rainer and the employees, this facility has the advantage of over 50 years experience to draw from. We strive to provide the finest quality collision repairs and workmanship in Ocean County while meeting and exceeding I-CAR and ASE standards. We work closely and fairly with all insurance companies to expedite the repair process and get our mutual customers back in their safe and properly repaired vehicle as quickly as possible. Ocean Bay Auto is a very professional business and the work performed on my wifeâs 2016 Volvo XC90 was flawless. The owner Ted was very friendly and just an all around great guy. He explained the process very thoroughly, and I was informed of the cars progress by text messages, which was a very nice service. The car was done right on time, and it was very clean/washed when I picked it up. All in all a great experience, and I would definitely go back to Ocean Bay in the future! Sincerely C.

Teddy is the best in his business. Over the years teddy has fixed many of my autos, my children now grown and other family members. My first car he fixed was in 1982. And he's still the best. Someone you can count on and trust.

The repair was done well. Not perfect, but looks 98% and that's fine with me. I was disappointed with the interior as I was told it would be cleaned. The floors were vacuumed quite thoroughly... and pebbles and dirt I can't get out on my own were gone. I'm VERY happy with that. BUT the dash and panels were covered with a layer of dirt, the drawers and glove box had leaf debris and dirt (probably from wind) and I ended up cleaning that myself. There was some kind of film on the steering wheel as well. I'm not the type to complain, so I just cleaned it used Armorall on it. The interior looks great now. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that I was told it would be "cleaned well," I wouldn't have an issue as I wouldn't have known better. Overall very satisfied.
